2257 Policy

On this website or elsewhere within it, every single individual shown in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit behavior was at least eighteen years old at the time the visual representation was created.

All other visual representations on this website are exempt from 18 USC section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 requirements because they only show non-sexually explicit nudity, simulate sexual activity, or otherwise fall outside of those categories because they were created before July 3, 1995 and do not show behavior that is specifically prohibited by 18 USC section 2256(2)(A) through (D) (D).

Whether they show actual or imagined sexual behavior or something completely else, all people who participated to the creation of any and all visual elements on this website were at least 18 years old.

The owners or operators of this website are not the principal producers (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. Section 2257) of any visual content on it.
